• Perfect as always. Lively lemon cake not too sweet

• The cake was for my mums 94th birthday. She shared it with the other residents in the home and it went down very well they all thought it was home made .

• The texture of the sponge was very good. We all enjoyed it The only negative was that the sponge was not lemon flavoured and not as moist as drizzle cakes usually are. The only taste of lemon was in the butter cream.

• I was expecting this to taste of lemons in the sponge & not just a very thin lemon icing on the top of the cake. This is one variety I will not be ordering again.

• Paid for before 12.30pm on Friday but did not receive refund as cake was not delivered until Monday. Lemon drizzle was tasty but too sweet.
