• We took advantage of the Friday offer for the Lemon Sponge. My husband and I loved the cake but my sister and mum wanted it to be more lemony and the sponge a little more moist. Perhaps they are thinking of a Lemon Drizzle cake?

• Lovely moist sponge and tangy lemon flavor. Made a great birthday cake

• The sponge and filling was excellent and the happy birthday top was very good

• Delicious as always. Really has the handmade look so much so that I can pretend I made it!!!! Yummy!
