• Beautifully presented and packaged. Nice and moist. Deep and generous sponge. The sponge itself could have benefitted from a much stronger hit of lemon. We felt (as a family of lemon drizzle cake lovers!) that there was not enough lemon zest in the sponge. The buttercream was nice and lemony.

• Apart from coming On the wrong day, it came Saturday instead of Monday. The cake looked very good. I didn’t have any but others said it was very nice.

My son is an adult who lives and works in London and the lemon cake has become a favourite and expected part of his birthday celebrations with his friends and colleagues - they all enjoy - a great way to share birthday celebrations - good flavour and good quality all round! • Lemon drizzle cake was really delicious, sponge cake was soft and fluffy, had a strong enough lemon taste in the cake and icing, girlfriend absolutely loved it as her birthday cake.

• The great thing about these cakes is they taste home made and don’t come covered in processed fondant icing or over iced with butter cream. I bought it for someone who bakes a lot and they were very impressed.

• My 87 year old Mum was widowed on 28/2/20 and is finding life in Lock Down very difficult. My husband and I are unable to see Mum because we are Shielding. Sending things online to Mum to make her smile is one of the few things we can do for her. The cake was perfect, her favourite flavoured cake delivered on time. We will definitely be sending more of your lovely cakes to our friends and family soon.
