• This is a really light sponge, lemony and the icing makes it look very attractive. It went down very well at my dad's 90th birthday celebrations.

• Normally make my children's birthday cakes but this got me out of a fix and I was really impressed. 4.5/5 as it was just a tiny bit dry for a drizzle. I was icing it myself anyway so my extra icing helped it go down! I would definitely order again, wish I had discovered this site years ago!!
