• Not much else to say apart from every recipient has confirmed the cakes and the cake slices are totally scrumptious!

• The coffee cake is quite superb. This is the third time I have bought and sent it as a gift and it is always a resounding success. The fact that it doesn’t have walnuts is really unusual but a fantastic recipe as not everybody is a fan of walnuts! All I’d say is the cake disappears so quickly we soon need to order another one ?

• The coffee beans on the top added a nice little crunch and added to a lovely tasting cake.

• The cake, once divided into eight, gave nice generous portions - very happy with that. The buttercream icing was perfect; the sponge was very nice but just a tad dry. Still enjoyed it immensely though!

• It’s hard to know what to send an elderly lady for Mother’s Day, but this luscious cake kept Granny happy for a week or more.

• Bought for Mothers Day (I would normally take a cake but lockdown prevented) who said she enjoyed it very much Commenting that it was a lovely deep cake with thick butter icing and looked good.

• The cake tastes lovely and lasts well for a couple of days. The icing between the layers could have been spread across the whole of the cake and not just in the middle but this was easy to fix

• The cake was moorish and tasted of real coffee. The sponge was wonderfully light and moist, and the creamy middle layer and topping had just the right thickness - rich but not sickly. The fact that the coffee beans on top are made of chocolate added an extra lovely touch. The (grown-up) birthday boy was delighted with his surprise treat.

• I was unable to make my husband’s cake as usual and was concerned about ordering on line. I need not have worried! I ordered on Monday, the cake was delivered on Wednesday, despite ice and snow, and I was delighted with the outcome. Excellent service and a lovely cake. I would recommend you.

• Not my first 'Sponge' cake, but my first order & delivery. Brilliant & efficient website & ordering process which made it easy & fast from start to finish. The cake itself was delicious & worth every penny (and was a lot less stressful than baking myself!)

• Coffee cake had a rich tasty sponge. The buttercream was lush,only criticism if any could of added a little more topping and an idea walnut's would of topped it off.

• I make my own cakes so was reluctant and dubious to order a 'shop bought' one due to the current restrictions. However, the fussy recipient was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the cake which is a great endorsement! I also stupidly ordered on the wrong date and this was efficiently and quickly rectified. Thank you
