• Ordered as a birthday present for someone who loves coffee cake. They absolutely loved it and having been sent a photo it looked beautiful. Will definitely keep Sponge in mind in future and will certainly recommend.

• Fantastic bakes!! Thank you. We’re still fighting over the crumbs now! I ordered a large coffee cake and a smaller red velvet cake for my daughter’s 18th. Grown up cakes, light, moist and delicious. I’m recommending you to everyone! Thank you. Though the boxes were delivered to us sideways on, the packaging was brilliant, so no damage done. Would have eaten them anyway as they were so tasty!

• Coffee sponge has long been a particular favourite - for at least 5 years I think Light moist sponge with good punchy real coffee flavour sponge-cake perfectly balanced with light buttercream that is sweet but not sickly. Scrumptious

• The cake had a good balance of coffee flavour without being too bitter. The buttercream was just sweet enough. The only disappointment was that the decoration on top was just chocolate shaped coffe beans and not chocolate covered coffee beans.

• Always ordered for family and friends but never for myself, coffee is my favourite and can honestly say it’s the best I’ve ever had! It was so moist with just the right amount of cream and the chocolate coffee beans finished it off.
