• Taste was amazing and quality of sponge like homemade.

• I will definitely buy from Sponge.com but it would be for a special occasion, as it’s slightly out of my pocket.

• Slightly too sweet but a good strong coffee flavour. The sponge is very light and moist.

• The coffee bean chocolates are great... this is one of my favourite flavours I reduce the amount of buttercream as I find it too sweet... this is the case with all cakes I have bought not a particular fault with Sponge

• Personally I would have preferred walnuts too for the more traditional coffee and walnut cake but it was very tasty. Delivery I was alerted was not due until after 5pm which wasn't ideal as it was a birthday cake delivery. but then it came about 2pm which was better (although that wasn't shown through DHL)

• I think it was a great choice. Tried it first time. And can’t go wrong for the taste, quality, quantity. We absolutely loved it. Well, my husband was very happy I ordered the coffee cake. He kept thanking me and we had a slice for breakfast, post lunch, with tea and then even dinner. Oh my. Too much of sugar rush!!!

• This particular cake was quite dry unlike others you have provided. It was very cold when it arrived and I thought it had been frozen so I hoped that after 24 hours in an ambient temperature it would be more moist. It was better but not nearly as good as others I have had from you.

• Appreciated the coffee beans on top of icing as generally no one in the house likes the usual walnuts on a coffee cake but loves the rest! Could really taste the coffee flavour coming through. Beautiful moist texture with a good amount of lbutter cream.

• Another delicious cake. First time I have tried this one and the quality is just as good as the vegan product. If I have one criticism it is that perhaps the filling was a little too sweet but I guess that's very much down to personal preference and whilst there was sufficient filling, there wasn't too much.
