• Didn't realise it was Vegan but lovely all the same

• My kids ( adults) loved this cake it was a chocolate lovers delight . It smelt that good the dog was begging for some ( he didn't get any!)

• My colleague cut it into 4 and said it was lush it didn’t last a day he said it was a fantastic surprise, he has a particularly difficult lockdown it made his day and made him smile exactly the response I was looking for. This was purchased through the Friday Cake email that was sent to me

• It is always exciting to receive the sponge as it never fails to deliver. The sponge is has great flavour and is perfectly moist and the cream is out of this world.

• It was just what we needed to cheer everyone up in these odd times. The cake was delicious and great value for money. Will definitely be ordering again.

• I have ordered cakes as gifts during lockdown. The latest (5th) was bought as a thank you, again the comments have been great and the group I bought it for were thrilled and thoroughly enjoyed it. The deliver man was the only one disappointed, he was hoping to keep it!

• Lovely moist sponge with plenty of chocolate butter icing and you can taste the quality ingredients in every mouthful.

• Each bite of the chocolate cake was a piece of heaven. We could smell the delicious chocolate aroma wafting through the air at ones the package was opened. We iced around the cake and decorated it with sprinkles for my kids birthday. Such a dainty cake it was.

• Lovely moist sponge with a thick layer of icing between tiers. Chocolate flakes very tasty and it's nice to have the two different icings on the one cake.

• I can't really comment. I didn't see or eat the cake. But my mum and family enjoyed it. It was a nice surprise for my mum, as we live 2 hours away from each other, and haven't seen each other since January.

• LOVED this cake! Only one comment is that is it very rich but it's chocolate cake and this one was really decadent. Amazing quality and great value for money. Would order again - so glorious.

• Delicious cake that was very chocolatey, but not overly so or too sweet. The butter icing balanced it well. Looked very pretty with the chocolate shavings on top.
