• Ordered for my friend's birthday, she said it was delicious.

• Absolutely fantastic chocolate sponge cake. The sponge was light, fluffy and tasted homemade. The buttercream tasted of proper cocoa chocolate flavour and was rich but still light. Will definitely be using for future cake occasions.

• Easy to order. Many selections to suit all occasions. The customer service was great with their change kf address. Ordered the cake on a saturday for tuesday delivery. Changes made on monday and arrived at correct address on the tuesday. Customer service were bot open on the weekend yet quick response on the monday.

• Hot on the heels of our first order (delivered meticulously to our birthday son at university and met with fabulous reviews from him and housemates ) this cake was for us! Fantastic service from start to finish and seriously good cake. Well done Sponge- great service and products to put smiles on faces in this challenging year!

• My second time ordering from Sponge. The chocolate cake was moist and just the right amount of bounce. I find most chocolate cakes you buy taste of sugar rather than chocolate, but not this chocolate cake.

• Very well packaged and presented. First impressions really good. Even loved the napkins it came with. Taste was very good and got even better after a few days. Only thing that could perhaps make it even better would be for the sponge to be a bit more sirupy. Top marks though!

• Didn’t get to try the cake but recipient said it was very good and looked and tasted just like mum’s homemade.

• My order was sent to Exeter for my son’s birthday. I was sent a video and the cake looked delicious, creamy and yummy and I was told that it lived up to all that it promised. I am just sorry that I wasn’t there to enjoy it with him and his family.
