• Never ordered a cake online so took a gamble as I wanted to get something special for my wife's birthday rather than a supermarket bought one. Definitely made the right decision. The cake was not dry, had 16 good size portions and was delicious. Delivery was excellent, helpful to provide an hour slot. Will order again when the calories have dropped off!

• This was ordered for a 21st birthday and did not disappoint! I ordered the large size, despite the fact we were only six people (due to current lockdown restrictions!). The cake was beautiful and fresh and melted in your mouth. I can highly recommend this product.

• I was a little hesitant about ordering a cake online and was contemplating buying one from Sainsbury's, however I am really glad I ordered from Sponge. The cake was delicious and moist and tasted like a premium cake. The way the cake was delivered was impressive, the packaging was very good and the cake was not damaged in any way. I would definitely recommend Sponge and will be ordering from them again.

• See above as I have said before it was dry and tasteless no chocolate flavour at all dry cake very crumbly and no sweet flavour in the cream either it was almost like a gluten free cake no reall flavour

• I did not try the cake as it was a present for a friend's birthday. However, the feedback I had from her was excellent and she especially enjoyed the level of butter icing involved! It was great to be able to send a present that was a bit different, with loads of little extra treats and was delicious too! • Light fluffy yummy value for money and tasty I have half chocolate and vegan carrot cake for my daughter they gave both been wonderful would recommend to anyone
