• We were looking for a “proper” old fashioned Victoria sponge that really made us go wow! We are a family of 4 adults who love really good cake but we can’t bake ! ! So I explored online to find one as a treat for my daughter who helps me loads as I am mostly in a wheelchair, even though she has Crohn’s disease and is often really poorly herself. And she helps to look after her adult autistic brother so she’s a 22 year old with a lot of stress, and she loves Victoria sponge. So I ordered one of your lovely big ones for Molly but I knew we 4 would be sharing it! And it was a huge hit. Perfect texture and taste, moist and not too sweet. Lots of lovely jam and butter cream and we ate the whole cake in 3 days …. Though we did have a cup of tea with each slice so that made it a balanced meal readily!!

• This was one of the presents for my husband for Father’s Day delivered to his place of work and he loved it. He said it was one of the nicest cakes he’s ever had, it was light, moist and delicious so thank you!

• Victoria Sponge i.e. sponge was light in texture & the cream was a delicious flavour..would recommend to lovers of Victoria Sponge.

• Cake arrived on time! It was a lot bigger (taller) than I expected - amazing value! A great base for my own decorations and icing. (I ordered the Victoria sponge) 2 days after the delivery the cake was presented and cut! Everyone commented on how moist and tasty it was! Can’t fault the service at all. I would definitely use again and recommend Sponge too!

• The cake was absolutely delicious and went down a treat with everyone, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Came beautifully wrapped a few days before the party and when we took it out of the box it was like it had come fresh out of the oven. The sponge was light and buttery and the balance of filling was perfect. The contact and delivery were great and I will definately be ordering with you again.

• The Victoria sponge is delicious. Ordered it to arrive early because of a bank holiday and it still tasted fresh & has lasted really well. Definitely feel the serving size is spot on for the size of the cake – actually wasn't expecting it to be so big so was a nice surprise when we opened the box!

• The Victoria sponge was absolutely delicious. The only negative we have is that the delivery seemed a bit expensive. Some companies offer free delivery over a certain amount.

• Barring my mother"s, this is the best Victoria sponge I've ever tasted. The sponge has a great texture, with just the right degree of moisture. Impossible to find anything like it in my local shops. The butter cream is the tops too.

• Very moist sponge, delicious filling. Large enough to feed at least eight as it is quite a deep cake, only a small slice required.

• Delicious cake, sponge was very soft and fluffy, only complaint would be for me personally I would’ve preferred less butter icing and a bit more jam but of course this is personal preference, takes nothing away from the beautiful cake, highly recommend.

• Light and fluffy , with gorgeous taste. It was bigger than I was expecting for 8 persons so that was a bonus. It really does go nice with an afternoon tea.
