• For years you have produced excellent cakes and provided an excellent service too. If, for whatever reason, less butter is being used or it has been replaced with something else, perhaps you could produce an ‘all butter’ range? We/I would be prepared to pay more for the type of sponge we feel we used to get. My sister makes bespoke novelty cakes and we all, herself included, would say that you produced the best sponge outside her kitchen. I would be interested to know what has changed? Yours, Dominic

• Ordered this for my husband birthday cake with a happy birthday topper, was delicious

• Communication was good emailing me when cake was on its way to my friend and again when it was delivered.

• I ordered two victoria sponges recently for two friend's 50th birthdays - they both loved them. One of them took the cake out to serve instead of puddings at her birthday meal with family :-)
