• Bought this for my daughter in law’s birthday; she is coeliac. She was absolutely thrilled and we all had some. It was absolutely delicious.

• We bought this for a birthday celebration. It looked really pretty and tasted delicious. I will definitely use this company again now that we have a gluten free family member. It is so difficult to find gluten free cakes to order but Sponge had a really good choice and we were very pleased with our order.

• The gluten free chocolate and caramel cake I ordered for my daughter’s birthday was beyond compare. It was the best gluten free cake we have ever tasted. Absolutely delicious and excellent texture and quality. My daughter loved it thank you.

• I ordered this as a surprise birthday cake to be delivered for my daughters 21st birthday during national lockdown. My daughter said it was one of the best gluten free cakes she had tasted. They can sometimes be very dry and unappealing based on previous purchases elsewhere. She said this one from Sponge was really very good and would recommend them to others for gluten free cake. Slightly let down by DHL delivery but the cake was delicious.

• Omg, the best gluten free birthday cake I’ve ever tasted. So moist and airy, not at all stodgy and the perfect amount of buttercream. It looked amazing and tasted even better. It also kept really well in the microwave and the little napkins was a lovely touch.

I took a chance with the gluten free chocolate cake and it brought tears to my eyes to see her eat every last bit and thoroughly enjoy it. I can’t thank you enough for creating a food our daughter not only enjoys but will not cause her any issues.
