• Delivery was poor but sponge had packed it well so was not damaged. Cake looked and tasted great!

• This was the first gluten free 'Sponge' cake I've ordered and wasn't sure what to expect. It was for my daughters 40th birthday so I had my fingers crossed it would be as good as the reviews said it was. I needn't have worried...it was delicious and no-one could tell it was gluten free. I will definitely be ordering again!

• I can,'t always get a gluten free cake moist enough and didn't want to chance it. Glad I didn't the cake was a great mix of chocolate and caramel. Adults and children loved it. A deep cake that was not too sickly but you could taste both chocolate and caramel. I would highly recommend.

• Bought for a 70th birthday cake, Absolutely delicious and the non coeliacs said they wouldn't have known it was gluten free. The coeliacs (3 generations!) were very excited to have something other than the usual overly sweet fondant covered vanilla cake

• Very impressed with the quality of this gluten free cake and the service provided. Cake arrived at the allotted time, perfectly packaged to avoid any damage to the cake. Good communication throughout. Loved the portion guide included in the cake base - there were 16 generous portions, you could easily stretch a little further. Highly recommended!

• Having tried all of the Sponge gluten free flavours, several times, I can confirm that Chocolate & Caramel is the best, alongside the apple crumble. Moist, light and delicious, you would be hard pushed to differentiate these cakes as GF.
