• The texture for a GF cake was light but not too sweet as well (a lot of other products overcompensate with sugar). The cake was moist and did not dry out at all down to the last slice, even after 4 days.

• good sized sponge, good depth, nice layered buttercream, moist, everyone enjoyed.. The sponge was marbled and the topping was thought through. Good combination of flavours. Size was correct - it would have been for 8 people.

• What more can I say other than we keep reordering it

• Slightly dry and maybe not as much filling as it was needed for the volume of sponge. Everybody loved it though, so only the ratio of cream-sponge and the slight dryness caused by me putting it in the fridge (see my comments under the Victoria sponge cake)

• The cake was simple in design but tasted good. No one noticed it was gluten free, and really allowed for everyone to enjoy the same cake instead of some people eating something different from the majority of the group.

• Ordered for my mothers 90th birthday. She has coeliac & so it’s not always easy to find a GF cake. This was amazing & she loved it

• We have used sponge for cake and brownies a lot before. This is one of the best cakes we have had. We've ordered this one probably 5 times between us, and this time was for a special birthday, but unfortunately it was quite dry.

• Good cake. The title of the cake is chocolate and caramel - I am still unsure where the caramel got to, apart from the crystals of caramel on the top. Nevertheless we enjoyed it greatly.

• The chocolate and caramel cake was delicious. It can be difficult to get gluten free cakes to come out well and not just dry, but this one was soft and was presented very well.

Due to disability I can no longer bake cakes for my child's special occasions and it was such a blessing to find this British company as the cake was freshly baked and from a reputable place. Moist, delicious cream filling and topped with crunchy salted caramel and chocolate. Everyone loved it. Delivered as per requested date and in perfect condition. • It was attractively presented & very flavourful, only very very small negative was that it was slightly on the sweet side, but I got 10 portions out my cake, so sweetness was totally acceptable in the smaller portion. This would not stop me ordering this cake again, but look forward to trying other flavours in the future.
