• Always order 8 baby gluten free sponges as they are enough for me for a week and stay fresh.

• He said cake was amazing. We FaceTimed and he put the candles in and I sang happy birthday to him

• It was a gift but the recipient was impressed by the unique presentation which allowed the semblance of 4 different celebration cakes. They went down a treat!

• I was slightly disappointed by about 6 out of 8 cakes being average tasting but the others lovely. I'd have been much happier if theyd all tasted as good as the last two. However I do have v high standards and other people may not be able to tell the difference. I noticed that the two good ones were much more buttery and flavorful than the others.
