• Cakes are moist and flavours are exciting. Red velvet defiantly gets the thumbs up!!

• I didn’t receive these but the recipient told me the cakes were extremely tasty and well presented in the little boxes, delivered on time within the time frame quoted. My dad is an aficionado on cakes!! So if he says they are lovely then that’s the best review you could ever want.

• A really great idea. I sent them as a gift to someone who is in his eighties and lives alone. He could not have coped with eating and storing a large cake. Also, I was not sure what kind of cake he would like. The Baby Sponges gave me a chance to present him with a choice and he loved them all! He ate 2 on one day and 2 the next.

• A very easy ordering process. The cakes were delivered as required and looked good and tasted great. I will be ordering again very soon. A lovely gift and surprise when you can't be there to celebrate.

• The mini cakes are an excellent way of buying cakes for just the two of us. The quality is as good as in the large cakes.

• You ask too many questions for a review. I bought the gift, they were happy and liked the cakes. I didnt see the cakes or taste them. Will not give give a review next time I use you.

We had the 8 individual cakes so we could try the different flavours; everyone was scrumptious. Well packaged cakes that would delight anyone. • I have received these as a gift and bought them twice for gifts. There is a vast choice plus a vegan option which I needed for one of my friends. They can be ordered at the last minute and are delivered on time. A perfect gift!

• I guess I should be grateful that during this difficult time of the pandemic, I was able to get some treats for my children and have them delivered in a timely fashion. I didn’t think the cost of the cakes was reflected in the product. Far too expensive for what I received.

• Lovely and moist cakes, nicely packaged. They were incredibly strong flavours, incredibly over powering, especially the Vic sponge, carrot cake, apple crumble and carrot cake. The coffee cake and bakewell were delicious!

• The cakes were perfect to my tastes. They were moist and the frosting was great. I suppose I expected the apple cake to be different, but I'm not british so it might be a cultural thing. It was still yummy and perfect.

• Have ordered a few times now and had various items, this time was the Mini Cakes - Delicious bundles of joy.

• The 8 baby sponges came individually wrapped and labelled in their own little boxes, along with the personalised card I ordered. These were then neatly packaged into two layers within a lovely presentation box, with the enveloped card sitting on top. I initially purchased this for my husband as a little "thank you". However our daughter and her fiancé visited and "helped" to eat them. The silence during eating spoke volumes!

• OMG they’re amazing. They are literally the perfect size. I was good and ordered 4 gluten free cakes for myself and 4 normal ones for my kids. They went down very well. Can’t wait to order again soon. I’m addicted lol

• This was an ideal opportunity to try several flavours in small portions. I now know which are firm favourites to buy as full size for future birthdays or other celebrations. I will also buy the small ones again because they are great for just the two of us with a cuppa.

• All the baby cakes arrived in a perfect condition as they were boxed so well. They were all delicious and very fresh. It was good to have the opportunity to taste different varieties of the cakes available by having a baby cake.

• Think the concept is great and the range of options brilliant, also packing and presentation, I am a fan and would give 5 stars, had my personal second order of 8 small sponges been baked as perfectly as my first order which were light and fluffy by comparison with last and most recent order which I have to say, so far, have proved to be a little soggy, but still taste good. Not complaining just making an observation which is purely my personal opinion.

• Little parcels of loveliness, so very tasty. The perfect size for a treat. Great to be able to buy a mix that included gluten free cakes that didn’t disappoint.

• These sponges are exactly the right size for just a little bit of cake when you want it. The ones I ordered were for my husband’s birthday and we didn’t want a big cake for just the two of us. The most important thing is that they taste good and exactly as you want them to - ie the coffee taste of ... coffee! Great to have 4 different flavours too and none left over. They do keep very well so you are not left with dry cake or under pressure to eat them up quickly.

• I can only reiterate what I've said above in that I ordered 8 baby sponges to taste and found them to be beautifully packaged in cute little boxes and very flavoursome and light in texture. Therefore I ordered more for a small family gathering and they went down really well with my guests. Like the idea of having such a wide range of flavours.
