• She told me all the baby sponges were delicious and very fresh, they didn't last long were consumed quite quickly

• I unpackaged the cakes two days after delivery (delivered Thursday for a birthday on Saturday). They were all super fresh and in great condition/presentation. Went down very well with my husband who is not a fan of fondant and lots of buttercream on traditional birthday cakes.

• Ordered 40 baby sponges and 1 cake for our wedding. Nearly all of them were eaten and enjoyed by everyone. They are a fantastic idea as people can choose the flavours they like, rather being stuck with a plain sponge or fruit cake.
