• I unpackaged the cakes two days after delivery (delivered Thursday for a birthday on Saturday). They were all super fresh and in great condition/presentation. Went down very well with my husband who is not a fan of fondant and lots of buttercream on traditional birthday cakes.

• Ordered 40 baby sponges and 1 cake for our wedding. Nearly all of them were eaten and enjoyed by everyone. They are a fantastic idea as people can choose the flavours they like, rather being stuck with a plain sponge or fruit cake.

• The mini cakes are just perfect. Great flavor and simple decoration. Sometimes high street cakes are to full of butter icing and can be sickly. These are the ideal combinations

• Would have like to send a small lemon and blueberry cake as it sounded amazing! This review covers the brownies and as well as the small sponges.

• Delicious moist cakes, not too sweet - no one could taste any difference from full gluten cakes - in fact, the Apple crumble cake was better than any other cakes

• All of the 'eaters' said they were moist but not claggy. Some said the filling was delicious and would have liked more, but most of the adults said the filling was just right, as there was great flavour in the cake. Overall the whole product has been a great hit and they are looking forward to next time they have them.

• I would love a coffee and walnut gluten free option. We find, being coeliac, it is a delight to eat a moist and varied selection of cakes.
