• Everything about this cake was very very good, from the amount of nuts, fruit & topping to the texture & taste. Excellent service all round. Is there any chance you could produce an Xmas - or all year round - fruit cake - gluten free of course - with marzipan - very thin & covered in very thick proper chocolate. But not too big unless there was plenty of alcohol to help keep it for a while? Thanks again.

• My grandson is the gluten free chap and your range of gluten free cakes is very impressive. He chose the carrot cake which was much enjoyed by us 4 adults and the other two children. The cake was moist and very tasty with the 'all spice' flavouring. The cream between the layers was also 'juicy'. So all in all a treat. It also stretched to about 10 of us!

• See above, other carrot cakes are oily, this was perfect. And as you would expect, no one guessed that it was gluten free. It is a joy for me to be able to order such a high quality cake and share it with family (I’m the only coeliac). I even managed to convince my mum to try it (she’s not a fan of carrot cake) and she enjoyed it.

• The gluten free carrot cake was delicious! Not dry at all, which is always my concern with gluten free cake. I would definitely order it again, as long as I’m not too tempted to try some others! • Very nice tasting, fresh cake, could of had better presentation, the nuts on top of cake were too big and made cake look slightly messy. Also some areas on top didn’t have icing, but it did taste lovely.
