• The cake is delicious, especially for a gluten-free one. Lasts for a while too, if we don't eat it all first!

• The cake was delicious. Light sponge, gorgeous cream cheese buttercream filling and topped off with cream cheese buttercream covered with crushed nuts. I’m not gluten free but I must say I wouldn’t have known it was gluten-free. I could have eaten the whole lot, Devine.

• Carrot cake is now a much more common cake to be found on most supermarket shelves. But when trying to order in a larger cake, for a larger function, you try find it!
