• Took this to a family birthday brunch. I and my sister in law are gluten intolerant. Cake was enjoyed by all there...especially the children.

• Looks far more decadent than any old carrot cake. Plus moist and totally delicious!!!

• The carrot cake was my substitute Christmas cake / dessert It was light, melted in the mouth and very tasty. A shame to cut into, as it was lovely to look at. It took pride of place on my table after Christmas dinner All my guests chose it for dessert, even though the traditional Christmas pud was on offer.

• This was the first order I had made from Sponge and I wasn’t disappointed. My son, who is gluten free, requested a carrot cake for his birthday so the hunt was on. This cake was delicious and looked great! My son and all the other guests at his party could not tell it was gluten free and a lot of them went in for second helpings.
