• Loved it

• Thank you SO much for providing Gluten=Free options of your cakes - it means such a lot to us as a family, since my youngest daughter has coeliac disease. It's so important that we can all enjoy the same celebration cake, with no fuss about 'no sorry, you can't have that, it's got wheat in it ...' A brilliant company, wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

• Everybody who tried the cake could not believe it was gluten-free. Wonderful taste and texture with an icing that was not too sweet. The balance was just right. I will be ordering again!

• Tasty and full of flavour.

• All your gluten free sponge cakes are excellent. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

• I have had the glue free carrot cake several times. It was my favourite cake. On this occasion I was disappointed. It was dry rather than moist. It had less flavour. A few of the nuts did not taste fresh. To be honest, not sure if I would order it again.

• Tasted very homemade with lots of nuts and raisins. Not too sweet. Frosting was excellent and just the right amount-also not too sweet.

• Great choice for a mixed party of coeliacs and non coeliacs. The addition of some birthday candles made it perfect and it tasted great too
