• Beautiful sponge which was moist with great flavours. The pieces of apple were lovely and buttercream with crumble on top really made it. Would definitely order again.

• Our daughter was surprised and delighted to receive a cake through the post. She is always eating apples so we were delighted to find an apple crumble cake option. She said it was delicious - moist and fruity. We were rather disappointed that the candles were not up to the same quality particularly as we added this touch to make sure she had something to light and blow out on her special day. The cake was well packaged and arrived on the specified day and was left in the safe place we had suggested.

• According to my parents the cake was srumptious - very light sponge, nicely spiced, with a crumbly topping and fresh apple pieces...I've only given 4 stars as I didn't eat it myself!

• Often shop-baked sponges are too fine-crumbed and lack flavour, but this tasted home-baked, really good. I’m not a fan of butter cream, so a thinner layer through the middle would have been better, but the topping with the crumble worked very well.

I brought my husband the Apple Crumble cake this year and it tastes amazing!!!!! he loved it so much that I had to order the cake again so he could take it into work for his colleagues and it didn’t last long at all!. • If you like apple, cinnamon and cake...You need this cake in your life. It is absolutely scrumptious! Needless to say, this didn’t last long. The crumb sprinkled on the top is delicious along with the gentle apple flavour through the sponge. The butter cream feeling isn’t too heavy and compliments the cake perfectly. ‘Sponge‘ is very popular in our home so will be ordering more scrumptious cakes very soon.
