• The sponge is beautifully made with large apple pieces and a lovely cinnamon flavoured buttercream

• My friend said it was delicious. Tasted great. Very moist but cut well. Her favourite part was the topping. I suggested that if it dried out she could have it warm with custard. (She agreed a great idea, but it didn’t dry out or last long enough). Very generous size for 8 people.
