• I recommend this cake for any vegan and non-vegan out there. I order the vegan carrot cake which was really nice overall with a nice smell from the spices. The cake was moist and it wasn't overly sweet like cakes from other places I ordered before. The icing is kind of marshmallow-ey (I don't know how to describe it) and it's really nice. Very different from any other icing I tried before.

• The cake was so moist and spongy. The lemon frosting was tasty and light. I think my daughter had at least 4 slices. She is an adult ! Thank you

• Delicious !!! Best vegan carrot cake ever tasted, really moist and tasty and fresh ingredients . Will definitely order again from Sponge as brilliant ordering and delivery service. • It takes a lot to impress me with food, and this cake was excellent. Taste, texture and ingredients were really top class.

• Absolutely delicious. Not over sweet and no different to a regular carrot cake. Card with birthday message was accurate and a lovely touch. And specific delivery requests were adhered to. Also great communication by email with swift responses. My only criticism is it should be a proper folding card. But very happy overall. Yum yum. Thank you

• Have not seen this product as it was a gift. However, I am assured it was very good and well presented. Glad to find a site which provided vegan products.

• It wouldn't be suitable if you had a nut allergy hence the Walnuts. However, all of my family thought it was moist and very tasty and 3 of us were not Vegan.

• Best vegan cake I've had! The lemon icing is delicious with the carrot cake and the texture of the cake is perfect. It arrived the day after it was ordered in perfect condition. The shipping box is clearly labelled "Fragile. Cake inside, keep this way up" and when you open the shipping box there are instructions inside to keep it at a correct temperature so you can enjoy it the way the company intended and even storage/freezing instructions for leftovers (highly unlikely). Made my birthday extra special and I can't wait to find an excuse to order more flavours!

• Sent to my daughter for her birthday, she is in lockdown at university. She was so excited to receive it and apparently it tasted REALLY good! Will definitely order again.

• A delicious cake, moist and tasty. Sponge rich with fruit and nuts but not too sweet. Sweet topping is lovely. Will order again when a special occasion.

• This is our favourite cake, apart from the Elizabeth cake and Speculoos cake!! Tbh all your cakes are infectiously edible and I also think you have reduced the amount of sugar you use do they are even tastier.

• ordered a Vegan Carrot Cake for my daughter's birthday. The cake was very tasty and not dry at all. We felt a little more icing on the top and icing in the middle would make it perfect. A good 8 out of 10. One thing I was disappointed with was that I ordered a Happy Birthday candle set. All the candles were broken into more than a few pieces.

• Cake was lovely for dairy free but a little too dry. If they could be made a little more moist it would be great, but I know how difficult that is. Still very nice, thank you.

• It was probably the best carrot cake I had ever tasted (vegan or non vegan) My family were in agreement. We also loved the frosting with its light citrus flavour, it had the purest, freshest taste and would 100% have this cake again.
