• Great size cake, really moist and absolutely delicious.

• I'm so glad I found sponge.co.uk. I am useless at baking and this saved the day for my husbands birthday. I ordered at 2pm and the cake was with me the next day by 11am. It really is the best carrot cake I have ever tasted, so moist and packed full of fruit and walnuts, also it was huge! I was so impressed I ordered another one as a thank you gift for some friends who loved it too

• The cake was for a family event, where the hosts are vegan and dairy free, The cake was still very moist and tasty after receiving it 3 days before the event, enjoyed by all. Thank you.

• It’s called a carrot cake but should be carrot and walnut as there were lots of walnuts in it I bought this for a friends birthday. There were 4 of us, but they couldn’t believe it was vegan. • This was enjoyed by everyone, vegans and non vegans. Packed with walnuts and deliciously moist. It cut into 12 good sized slices.

• Good moisture and spicy flavour. Icing was a good substitute for cream cheese. Size was good for 8 reasonable portions.

• Really good taste and texture. Had read some reviews that said it was dry, but this was not the case at all and assume that previous reviewers must have put in the fridge or eaten it too cold.
