• This was enjoyed by everyone, vegans and non vegans. Packed with walnuts and deliciously moist. It cut into 12 good sized slices.

• My son said he would have liked a layer of the topping inside the cake but generally enjoyed the cake as did his house mates

• The whole idea of ordering a cake online for delivery, seemed odd at first. I'm glad I did it though. The whole process was excellent and to top it off, everyone thought the Vegan Carrot cake was excellent. My cake was delivered on a Wednesday, opened and eaten on the following Saturday and it still eats fresh on Tuesday! Everyone wants to know where I got it :)
