• I would highly recommend the vegan carrot cake. It was delicious, give it a try.

• Absolutely delicious moist cake. Great size and well presented. The outside box was a little squashed but the inside packaging protected it well. Will definitely be using sponge again!

• I’m not a carrot cake lover but this was very nice. I liked the lemon icing which helps with the sweetness of the carrot cake. Everyone loved it, including non vegans.

• Ordered Vegan Carrot cake for wife's Birthday. She loves carrot cake, I am not a big fan of carrot cake, but I enjoyed this cake !! Cake is moist and spongy, not too sweet like some others. Will be ordering other cakes in the future!

• I'm so glad I found sponge.co.uk. I am useless at baking and this saved the day for my husbands birthday. I ordered at 2pm and the cake was with me the next day by 11am. It really is the best carrot cake I have ever tasted, so moist and packed full of fruit and walnuts, also it was huge! I was so impressed I ordered another one as a thank you gift for some friends who loved it too

• It’s called a carrot cake but should be carrot and walnut as there were lots of walnuts in it I bought this for a friends birthday. There were 4 of us, but they couldn’t believe it was vegan. It was absolutely delicious. Someone thought it was the best carrot cake they had ever had. I just thought it was the best cake I had ever had! Soft, moist and full of flavour and spices. I could order another just for me……..
