This gluten free cake exceeded our expectations, it was special, without being covered in fussy icing. The cake was satisfyingly tasty, complemented by the delicious, lemony, icing.

• The gluten free Lemon Drizzle cake was great. It looked and tasted exactly how a lemon drizzle cake should. The portion size (for 8) was good, but when it tastes so good I would always want the piece to be bigger.

• Fantastic cake. Gluten free cakes can be dry and crumbly but this one was moist and held together nicely. Lovely cake. Will be back for the Victoria Sponge in my next order.

• As above. We all usually adore your cakes However, on this occasion it was not up to your usual standards. Incredibly dry and the sugar had vanished from the top of the cake.
