• It's so enjoyable to eat a gluten free cake that's so moist & full of flavour. They don't dry out like some GF cakes do bought elsewhere. The family even if not all needing GF comment at how lovely the Lemon Drizzle cake was. Top marks.

• My husband says that this cake is the best gluten-free cake he’s ever had! He’s actually eating it. I often find that he’ll be very slow to get through something and maybe end up leaving some, but he’s having some of this every day and has almost finished it. It is really tangy, tasty and moist. The cream in the middle is lovely! There’s nothing wrong with it! Delicious!

• Absolutely delicious soft to the last mouth full , Lovely and lemony (my granddaughter 8 was crying because she is Celiac as well and her school had a bake sale for a little girl who has cancer so she wanted to give her money but there was nothing Gluten Free ! So she just put her money in anyway ,She was so upset)! Anyway I ordered this cake to cheer her up because i didn't want her to be sad ! She said it was the best of your cake's so far and next time she is going to get one for the bake sale as it looks like a real one lol ! So it was a winner all round thank you so much to all involved at "Sponge" to some it's just a cake but to my granddaughter it was so much more !!!
