• Good size for 8 portions . Very light and delicious sponge & buttercream.

• This was a present and first cake from here for my friend who said it was delicious and didnt last long as it was so moorish!

• It is genuinely sticky, beautifully moist and the dates blend in perfectly with the treacle and syrup. Toffee buttercream is generously applied. Pure indulgence!

• Although I didn't get to taste it myself (bought as a gift), I was told that it was very sickly sweet. Never had an issue with any other cake so may stick to another choice for future purchases.

• This cake is really tasty my girls loved the taste and so did everyone else, not overly sweet, bouncy sponge with the right amount of gooey where it’s supposed to be yuummm! There are some talented people on this earth!!

• Fabulous taste and remains moist and delicious for several days. Very nice with a quick blast in microwave after several days, tastes as if straight out oven and freshly baked.
