• Tasted really lemony. Loved the crunchy meringue bits on the top. Managed to get 10 portions of various sizes for all my family. Both the adults and the children all gave it a thumbs up. Happy birthday to me !!!!!

• Super lemony and exactly what you’d expect a lemon meringue in cake form would taste like. The sponge was super light and fluffy. The icing and filling perfectly balanced. Amazing size and really good value. Loved it!
