• A present for my Mum...she tells me the cake is absolutely delicious and was amazed to have her favourite lemon meringue flavours and textures in a cake.

• The cake was tasty and the lemon frosting/topping really made it lemony.

• Simply delicious, tangy and rich lemon curd and moist sponge with hint of lemon icing all perfectly balanced for a thoroughly enjoyable taste. One of my favourites.

• Delicious cake. The lemon was sharp without being overpowering and the meringue pieces were tasty and really made the cake extra special. A light thick sponge which was very inviting!!

• See above! Presentation perfect and I wasn’t sure what to expect with the meringue, but the crunchy bits of meringue were very tasty. Lemon was also just right, not too sweet.
