Storage & Care

Banana and chocolate are a match made in heaven, we often think of it in banana bread, so we thought why not make it a cake? Banana bread is such a well-loved treat, and a great way to get rid of unwanted or over ripe bananas. We took the principles of chocolate banana bread, using over ripe bananas smashing them and mixing them into our classic cake recipe, and this means we get a great natural banana flavoured sponge. We mix in some chocolate chips for a chocolatey kick, and we finish it all off with a drizzle of chocolate on top. And that's how we created our cake with banana and chocolate.
