• Vegan cake delicious - just like a regular bake. Lovely and moist

• I wouldn't have chosen this for myself, but my son is vegan and it was his birthday. The cake was actually delicious. How on earth do you make cake without eggs? The filling was rather light and synthetic for my taste. The cake was well received by everyone and clean plates all round.

• Eaten enthusiastically by both vegan and non vegan guests. It was delicious.

• I am told the cake was 'genuinely completely delicious, so yummy - dense, most, properly chocolatey'. Ordered for niece whose baby has allergies so she cannot eat wheat dairy or eggs while breastfeeding. Went down a treat with her, baby daughter (!), her husband and two sons.

• Probably one of the best chocolate cakes we've eaten. Not too sweet, and the chocolate filling is devine.

• Ordered this for guests who couldn’t eat eggs along with other allergy restrictions. They had third helpings. They’d never enjoyed cake so much! Those of us who didn’t have any dietary restrictions all agreed it was absolutely delicious. So good I ordered another one right away!

• I ordered this as a birthday cake for my Granddaughter at University' She is vegan. She shared the cake with non-vegan friends and they all loved it.

• I bought the vegan chocolate sponge and took it to a birthday picnic where a cake had been made by someone but contained eggs. My grandson is egg intolerant plus a couple of other family members are vegan. They loved the cake. In fact, everyone else had a piece and all were well impressed. It was all eaten up. I shall buy from you again. It was lovely not to have to see the look of disappointment on my grandson's face when the cake containing eggs was presented and this one looked every bit as good as that one so we put a few candles on it too. Delicious.

• The sponge and filling/icing had a lovely flavour and texture and the chocolate nibs were a nice touch.

• Amazed how wonderful this vegan chocolate cake was , it was for our friend who turned 40 , the cake was for 8 people but would have enough for more , tasty tasty very tasty, not a crumb left behind.
