We've combined two of our most popular flavours to create this Chocolate & Caramel and Speculoos Half and Half Sharing Cake.
Half Chocolate and Caramel: Yummy chocolate and caramel flavours running through the four layers of sponge. It is sandwiched together with a layer of caramel buttercream at the bottom, then a layer of chocolate buttercream, and finally another layer of caramel buttercream. Topped with more chocolate buttercream, a drizzle of chocolate, and crushed salted butter caramel pieces.
Half Speculoos: A comforting and warming speculoos cake with a deep caramel flavour and hints of cinnamon and other spices. The sponge is held together with a thick layer of buttercream which is infused with speculoos spread. More of the speculoos buttercream is spread over the top and then covered with a generous speculoos crumb. This speculoos cake is full of sugar and spice and all things nice!

Storage & Care
- Allow the cake to come to room temperature before eating, the butter cream shouldn't be hard!
- Once opened, store at room temperature in an air tight container.
- Leftovers? Occasion not for a few days? Keep wrapped and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
- Use our included cutting guide for the generous portion size
- Keep uncovered as it will dry out
- Eat the cake straight out of the fridge or freezer - the cakes needs to be up to room temperature.
- Leave cakes in direct sunlight as the butter icing may melt.
- Leave unattended near kids, as the temptation will be too much!
