Allow the cake to come to room temperature before eating, the butter cream shouldn't be hard!

Once opened, store at room temperature in an air tight container.

Leftovers? Occasion not for a few days? Keep wrapped and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.

This is my boyfriends favourite so I bought it for his birthday and he was overjoyed when I gave it to him. It did not disappoint, everyone said it was tasty without being too rich and it has the right amount of flavour in the sponge to bring out the lovely taste of the filling.
