Storage & Care

Our Biscoff sponge is perfect for any celebration! Biscoff is a very popular flavour, lots of people have suggested we do this cookie butter cake flavour, so we decided to add this beautiful caramelised biscuit cake to our range.

The sponge has a deep caramel flavour and hints of cinnamon and other spices, making it warming and comforting. It is held together with a thick layer of buttercream which is infused with biscoff - a caramelised biscuit spread. More of the speculoos buttercream is spread over the top and then it is finished with a generous speculoos crumb on top.
