- Once opened, store at room temperature in an air tight container.
- Leftovers? Occasion not for a few days? Keep wrapped and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Keep uncovered as it will dry out- Eat the cake straight out of the fridge or freezer - the cakes needs to be up to room temperature.

Recipient was so impressed he is going to recommend others and his daungter is going to order a cake for her wedding anniversary. As the recipient is single he is going to freeze slices, wrapped separately, so he can defrost as he needs them. Good idea. I sampled the cake when I visited. It really was the best chocolate cake I've had.
