• The gluten free chocolate cake is delicious. The sponge is moist and a lovely rich butter cream in the middle and on the top. Finished with chocolate shavings. Really delicious.

• Husband likes the GF coffee cake, so will be ordering again. Fussy son won’t touch coffee, so more for us!

• This is the third gluten free cake we've had and was undoubtedly the nicest. There was just the right amount of buttercream to sponge ratio, a nice gentle coffee flavourful and the sponge itself was very nice, not at all dry . Overall a lovely cake

• Looks great. Idea is perfect. But. Came 'cold' according to new extra leaflet so was dry with hard beans on top, and had to wait past when I had planned to use it. Ended up freezing most of it in slices in the end. Too much centre layer buttercream made it sickly and had to take it out when eating. I loved the prior experience of soft moist sponge, ready to eat, stunning design and not overwhelmed by sugary sweetness so all the flavours came through. That's been lost now I think. Generally speaking for the last three cakes of all flavours, they've gradually moved to being more of a five year olds birthday delight with immediate visual wow and hyper sugar now.

• The Gluten Free Coffee cake was so nice, there's no way anyone would have known it was gluten free. It stayed moist and delicious right up to the last slice enjoyed today 5 days after receipt and the first slices we enjoyed. Definitely plan to order that cake again...YUM!
