• I bought the 8 inch gluten free chocolate cake. Sliced it into flat fingers, placed them all in 2 tupperware tubs and froze them. I take a slice or 2 out at a time and the hardest part is waiting for them to defrost. They taste fresh and moist everytime. Planning on working my way through all the gf flavours. God help my hips!

• Great but a little dry - I realise it can be a problem with gluten free. On the plus side it is very acceptable to non coeliacs and does not crumble away when cut. Really pleased eggs are free range. Will buy again.
