• The gluten free sponge is amazing, shame it’s gluten free / vegan as the buttercream really let it down.

• This has always been a favourite in our house. Tasted different this time though. Not sure if the recipe has changed since last summer but don’t think it was as nice as usual.

Since contracting long covid, she has been unable to tolerate dairy & gluten, which seems to be quite common in those with post viral syndromes. It’s been hard to find food gifts that cater for this, particularly fresh items, so I was delighted to find your product. Thank you.
