• I couldn’t believe how light, airy and tasty the gluten free/dairy free sponge was. After years of searching I’ve finally found a a delicious cake that both my daughter and I can share.

• the cake was polished off by all. everyone loved it! even some very fussy autistic kids. soft and tasty and most liked the filling. a few thought there was a bit too much cream verses jam but mostly well recieved.

• Cake was delicious and really good quality. Especially for the price! Normally with a gf/df cake it's really small and expensive but the cake was a great size and everyone really enjoyed it, even those without allergies. Enjoyed it so much have ordered another one to have a gf/df option at my wedding!

We checked the comprehensive ingredients label in case there could have been a mistake. We wonder what the baker's secret is. It could easily have served more than the eight it is deisgned for.
