• Beautiful smooth icing, cake is full of flavour, topping is crunchy & eating it with a cup of tea or coffee just perfect - cakes lasts for at least 7 days - if you can manage not to eat it in one go! Makes a fantastic gift - especially in the last year!

• Looked fab , enjoyed the biscoff flavours , butter cream in the centre is gorgeous for sure , sponge lovely and moist , all round fantastic.

• My husband loved biscoff biscuits, so this cake was ideal for him.

• The Speculoos sponge is exactly what it says on the tin. The Speculoos flavour runs throughout the sponge and the buttercream. The sponge is not dry and the texture holds well and lasts for a few days.

• This cake was okay but nothing special. Your toffee and date sponge is far better. The sponge was overbaked and quite dry when it arrived.

• Delicious we loved it. The icing was lovely, sweet and gooey and the cake was the perfect subtle balance to offset against too much sweetness. (If there is such thing ?)

• It was lovely to have a very different option of sponge. An interesting mix of spices which worked very well. My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed it. We’re on the 5-2 diet and to enjoy a slice of this on our non diet days is heaven!

• This cake (Speculoos)was for my daughter and family in Lockdown and she said it is the best cake ever from Sponge -and we have tried most of them! She said it wasn’t too sweet as some of them are and was delicious! I might have to treat myself to see if I agree ?
