• This cake not only looked spectacular but the taste well and truly lived up to expectations. Moist and beautifully balanced, not too sweet or sickly. The white chocolate was lovely and it was the perfect size. The colours inside were vibrant and I will definitely order again!!

• My girls loved the surprise of cutting into the rainbow cake certainly brightened up our New Years Day. As always delicious with very generous slices.

• Have used Sponge.co.uk on lots of occasions from the cake cards to small sponge cakes to larger cakes. All have been excellent. I have added cards plus tea bags to pop to prosecco and also added various candles. All brilliant and well presented. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend. All cakes are delicious !!! Will keep on using as brilliant for surprises and cakes always go down well. !!!!

• Everybody commented on how tasty it was - it was one of the best tasting birthday cakes I’ve ever eaten - I would by again even without an occasion! It was a decent size - got around 10-12 helpings out of it - and it looked identical to pictures. Honestly cannot recommend this enough!!

• It would of been better with a purple colour rather than a light blue.

• The sponge was a bit dry and the colours of the rainbow cake didn’t look as vibrant as the photos (or other rainbow cakes we’ve had elsewhere). We also found the frosting to be a bit too sickly sweet, but that’s personal preference.

• The cake is great and my two year old birthday boy loved it. The frosting is a little too sweet though. Delivery was on time even during lockdown.

• Rainbow cake was amazing, sponge was moist, well decorated with white frosting and white chocolate flakes and the rainbow cake decoration finished it off nicely. I would definitely order again.

• The cake was really lovely. I think I would have preferred one or two layers to have jam inbetween rather than icing so it wasn't so rich but that is a very small point.

The cake was fantastic, looked great with the rainbow sponges and I'm happy to say tasted just as good, if not better, with the white chocolate and butter cream. • Very easy to order, very easy to add extras to it and to guarantee delivery for before 12.30 the following day for a very small extra cost. Superb quality cake wise. Not a crumb left over!!
