• My aunt said the whole family devoured it in one sitting. She had to fight to get a slice of her own birthday cake everyone loved it so much.

• Just perfect blend of flavour and texture. The chocolate was rich and decadent and the caramel avoided the too sweet flavour you sometimes get. We will be ordering this again!

• Fantastic as always, really tasty sponge. My husband enjoyed it but was upset it wasn't the Bakewell sponge he had last year! Me & our sons loved it.

• The cake had just the right amount of buttercream in it. The balance of chocolate and orange had a good amount of flavoursome taste! Plus, all credit to the staff for making sure the cake was well packaged and arrived on time.

• The cake was beautifully marbled with chocolate & caramel cake with a wonderful filling & topping. I have used sponge for years and will always use them despite being sent cakes from other suppliers as gifts, none of them impressed me enough to change, many were presentation over taste. Sponge give you both.

• Have only bought cakes as gifts before and they have all said how delicious it was. So thought I would order one for ourselves, just to make sure! It was DELICIOUS 😋 Tastes just like a homemade cake. Will certainly be ordering more as gifts and for ourselves. 10/10

• My sisters birthday was made special with me sending your chocolate/caramel cake. She loved the ‘6’ & ‘7’ candles for 67 years old. They made her laugh as she was 68 this year. I got it wrong .
