• Really moist and spongy and tasty. A lot of vegan recipes don't get the moisture right - this was spot on, like my pre-vegan Victoria sponges.

• Incredible taste, texture and amount. Some dairy free cakes can upset my stomach because of alternative ingredients but this was incredible with no weird after tastes either. This is the first vegan cake I have genuinely enjoyed and would buy again. I only chose dairy free due to my daughters milk protein allergy but I would probably buy again even when not breastfeeding.

• Delicious! This sponge isn’t too sweet. It’s moist and keeps well

• Really nice cake, flavoured well, the sponge was not dry at all. We stored it in its packaging for a couple of days as per instructions.

• This was for my daughters 17th Birthday and she absolutely loved it and this is her favourite cake. Cake was finished by the next day.

• Cake arrived in tact and exactly on time. Tasted amazing. The buttercream in the middle was light & fresh. Cake was very moist and soft. Amazing sized cake for the price.

• Was disappointed in this cake. Wasn’t quite as good as the others I’ve tried. It was dry and flavour was bland. Needs a bit more thought with ingredients.
