Vegan Millionaires Cake

A vegan vanilla sponge and vegan chocolate sponge, sandwiched together with caramel flavoured vegan buttercream with vegan chocolate drizzle on top.

Our Vegan Millioniares cake is truly scrumptious! Inspired by Millionaire's shortbread, the bottom half of the cake is a hand-made vegan vanilla sponge and the top half is made with indulgent vegan chocolate. The sponges are sandwiched together with a delicious caramel vegan buttercream, and finished off with a pretty drizzle of vegan chocolate on top. A rather good cake for birthdays or special occasions in our opinion!

Storage & Care

Once you’re ready for it, take it out and leave it in a nice cosy spot for 24 hours, so it gets up to room temperature. Then you’ll be able to enjoy a delicious slice of cake.
