• Best gluten free Victoria sponge available. Friends who eat gluten have commented it’s the nicest Victoria sponge they have had in general.

• Sponge was grainy & a bit dry & certainly not as nice as the GF strawberry & cream one we had in August

• I am so pleased I have found this site, I make gf cakes but they are always a bit crumbly which is a bit of a give away that they are different. Now I don't have to worry, I'm looking forward to trying the others.

• Again they looked lovely, I ordered two and they were identical which made it easier for me when decorating one of them as I didn't have to decide which one to use. The other is in the freezer portioned up so I can help myself as and when, perfect :-)

• I like your concept, cake by post , overall quality and taste needs more development. Your packaging is great and well thought out , they always arrive safely Flavours could be less synthetic tasting , haven’t tried your gluten free lemon drizzle yet I buy them for convenience not taste Just to let you know I’m a retired home economics teacher, have written several cookery books and very particular about what I eat

• The gf Victoria sponge is my husbands absolute favourite & he isn't gf..the sponge is soft & light - the jam is rich & generously spread. I buy a 16 size to put in my cake tin on the work surface in my kitchen, it doesn't quite make a week, as whoever passes that way will pinch a slice to have with their tea. It is always a winner.

• Delicious cake, my husband couldn't believe it was gluten free. (So much so he made me check the box twice as he was worried I was eating gluten!). My only feedback on this one is that we both thought it could do with a bit more jam.
