• I ordered from Sponge as I wanted a proper birthday cake for my girlfriend who is Coeliac and I’m not much of a baker myself, thus them being certified Coeliac friendly made them a great choice. The cake arrive exactly when scheduled to and I was delighted to see it came with a little certificate like pamphlet further documenting that the cake was Coeliac friendly which allowed me to instantly put my girlfriends mind at ease so she could get to enjoying it! And enjoy it we did, it was delicious, not at all dry, and I honestly could not tell the difference from a regularly made cake. Overall, absolutely brilliant, will definitely be ordering more from here next time I need a tasty surprise!

• I personally do not like GF cake and would never willingly eat any, but having ordered this for my Coeliac daughter, was amazed at how delicious it was. Did not have the sandy/ gritty texture associated with gf baking. Will be ordering this on repeat now.

• The cake was nice but after a couple of days even though kept in a cake tin, it tasted very dry. A previous cake I'd had stayed fine for 3 days. Will order again but would not order this cake.

• The choc piñata cake made a fab digger cake for my sons 3rd birthday! A few toy diggers and extras in the top made it perfect 🤩

• This cake was made lovely, the milk chocolate coating was so delicious and the cake it’s self was equally delicious my daughter loved it and so did her guests/family who aren’t gluten free and always find gluten free products not to their satisfaction but they enjoyed this cake and actually made a point of saying it’s lovely!

• Product is excellent value for money as some gluten free cakes can cost up to 3 times more. I have had 3 delivered over the last 2 months and each 1 has been delicious and that's why I have ordered again. The packaging is excellent just a shame about the delivery.

• We ordered the gf piñata cake the smarties inside were beautiful coloured and the chocolate cake so delicious, smooth buttercream and the cake was deliciously moist, no one knew it was gluten free
