• Slightly grainy texture I would relate to using a rice flour,but normal for a lot of GF cakes. Nice choice of 4 cake flavours even though the apple crumble and carrot cake tasted very similar.

• The recipient sent me a photo when they were received and they look just as they did in the online photos. He was thrilled to receive the baby sponges and he said they didn’t taste like they were gluten free and thoroughly enjoyed them, so a winner!

• It is hard to find good quality gluten free cakes that taste good. Sponge delivers interesting flavours, good choice of fillings and the cakes themselves are light and delicious

• Absolutely delicious gluten free baby sponges, carrot cake, apple crumble cake, victoria sponge and chocolate cake. Fresh, tasty so glad I've found you. Would of liked choice over the flavours, however, would not have found out how delicious the apple one was. Small but not very small, I needed a fork to eat and perfectly formed.

• Love Victoria Sandwich and carrot cake. I didn't expect to like the chocolate or the apple crumble cakes as I usually don't like these flavours, but they were lovely. The chocolate cake wasn't overpowering and the apple crumble was perfectly balanced with cinnamon.
